Intake Review ("we," "us," "the Service") provides one-time asynchronous revenue diagnostics for AI companies, delivered in digital form. A diagnostic uses your intake answers to produce scored findings, dollar-quantified revenue impact, and a 90-day roadmap across the 18-framework AI set included in your chosen tier.
A diagnostic is a consulting deliverable, not software. No calls, meetings, or ongoing support are included unless separately agreed in writing (see Annual below).
Scope & disclaimers. Our diagnostics are revenue and business analyses only — not legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, compliance, or security-certification advice. Where a vertical involves regulated matters (for example HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, or financial regulation), our readiness maps identify and prioritise gaps but are not audits, certifications, or a substitute for a qualified specialist. All figures are research-based estimates, not guarantees of outcomes.
The Service is for companies and individuals running an active AI product or business. By submitting the intake form, you confirm you have authority to share the business information provided.
Fees are payable in USD via card (Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or bank transfer (Wise) before work begins. Work does not start until payment is confirmed. A VAT invoice is available on request. Current tiers:
The prices above are the live AI prices and are confirmed at checkout. One-time diagnostic fees are never installments; the Annual bundle is billed yearly. Prices in effect at the time of your purchase govern your engagement.
We aim to deliver within the turnaround stated for your tier, measured from receipt of payment and a completed intake form. Delivery is by email and/or to a private Notion workspace created for your engagement.
Timelines may extend if your intake is incomplete or needs follow-up. We'll notify you by email if so.
If your diagnostic does not surface at least one fix worth acting on, email within 7 days of delivery and we re-cut it deeper at no charge until it does. All engagements are billed in full at purchase; all sales are final.

Everything you provide is confidential. We do not share your company information, financials, or findings with any third party except the processors needed to deliver the service (see our Privacy Policy). We will not publish, reproduce, or reference your findings without your written permission.
The Revenue Integrity System (our proprietary 25 frameworks), methodologies, scoring rubrics, and report structure are proprietary to Intake Review. You may use the findings from your diagnostic for internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the methodology or framework structure. The findings specific to your company are yours to use as you see fit.
If you choose to give a testimonial, we may use it on the site and in marketing, but only after we confirm the exact text with you and get your explicit permission. Any case study referencing your engagement will be anonymised and will not include your company name, identifying details, or specific financials without written permission.
A diagnostic is a professional opinion based on the information you provide. It is not a guarantee of business outcomes. Recommendations are directional guidance; results depend on factors outside our control. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant diagnostic. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages.
The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that a diagnostic will identify every issue in your product or business, or that implementing recommendations will produce specific financial outcomes. Revenue-impact estimates are based on industry benchmarks and the information provided: directional, not guaranteed.
Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email will be handled through binding arbitration rather than litigation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your engagement; for future engagements, the then-current Terms apply.
